What could be more exciting than having a new puppy? each puppy has his or her own personality,
some are quiet and love sitting next to you watching TV, and some are non stop hurricanes storming through the house knocking over tables and cups. And thats why anyone interested should be prepared for any possibility when you purchase a new puppy. Puppies left unsupervised can cause damage to cushions, furniture, power cords, phone cords & soft toys will be ripped open
and de-stuffed. But if you are prepared this may never happen, I recommend having a collapsible crate handy, just for those times when your cooking or cleaning and can't supervise puppy.
Outside having a secure kennel/run, just to train puppy in so it accepts confinement for short periods. Some visitors may not cope well with dogs and puppies and sometimes people can have a strong allergy to the oils on a dogs coat. So having the outdoors control option makes things much easier. Dogs and puppies should learn to fit into your routine and lifestyle and having your pet should be a pleasure and unique addition to your family. I provide on going support to all puppy owners, and am always keen to know how your puppy is developing. Puppies love excersize and will enjoy many games and activities, chasing balls, beach play and bush walks are all great times for dogs and puppies. Puppies also need to be able to rest and sleep as thats when there body utilises energy into growth. So if you have young children be sure that puppy always has his or her own space where they can retire for sleep and feel secure. Young children can be rough and wear puppies and adults down very quickly...
